West Noble traveled to Eastside Friday night to take on the Blazers. The Blazers heavy run game and pesky defense allowed them to take a 7-0 lead. The Chargers bounced back to tie it at 7 on a Trey Shisler pass to Trevor Steele for a touchdown. Eastside would score again and the Chargers would tie it right before the half on a Brogan Parks 1 yard score. The second half saw each teams defense stiffen up and finally the Chargers were able to kick a 35 yard field goal to take the lead. The Blazers would put a drive together to take the lead back 20-17. The Chargers would drive down to take a 24-20 lead on a McKale bottles touchdown catch. On the ensuing kickoff, Eastside would return it 90 yards for a touchdown to seal it for the blazers with a final score of 27-24. Leading the way for the chargers were Trey Shisler who threw for 185 and 2 touchdowns. Nefty Silva hit 3/3 extra points and a 35 yard field goal.
