Chargers Fall To Prairie Heights In Boys Hoops

The West Noble Chargers lost a heartbreaker Tuesday night at Prairie Heights as the host Panthers hit 2 free throws with .3 seconds left on the clock. The host won 44-43 as the Chargers lost their 1 point lead with under 6 seconds left. Caleb Saggars and Trevor Steele both scored 11 points for West Noble while Nolan Kelly added 8 and freshman Brody Mast chipped in with 5. Aiden Replogle and Ryan Glick each scored 3 while Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges both scored 2. The Chargers will next play Eastside on January 3rd. The JV game will only be 2 quarters beginning at 6pm. The West Noble boys junior varsity team defeated Prairie Heights to put their record at 6-1 on the season. The Chargers were led in scoring by Xy'Mire Barnes-Bridges with 19 while Cameron Eash and Trevor Martin chipped in with 13 each. Payton Smith added 11 while Zeb Eicher and Yosgart Diaz each scored 2. Great job guys. The West Noble boys C Team defeated Prairie Heights 43-18. Dalton Gibson led the Chargers with 13 while Jared Glick chipped in 11. Carson Saggars added 8 while Patrick McDonald scored 7 and Creedyn Barth 4. Great job guys.
